As a fire-resistant and thermal insulation material, rock wool board for external wall insulation is mainly used in thin plastering systems and dry hanging curtain wall insulation systems. It has good compressive and tensile strength, excellent hydrophobicity and moisture resistance, and is suitable for various dense structures such as masonry or concrete base walls. It can be used for external insulation of newly built and expanded walls, as well as for energy-saving renovation of external wall insulation of existing buildings. The A-level non combustible fire rating and high temperature shrinkage resistance can maintain the stability of the system structure in the event of a fire.
1.Rockwool is made of natural rock and is a Class A non-combustible fireproof material. Its melting temperature is over 1000ºC,
which can effectively slow down the spread of fire.
2.The thermal conductivity is low and the thermal insulation effect is significant.
3.Greatly reducing the reflection and propagation of sound waves and providing a beneficial environment without interference for work and life.
4.The open porous fiber structure makes rockwool have excellent air permeability and moisture-drying function, which allows
water vapor to pass freely, effectively reducing condensation and building mildew.
5.The rock wool for external wall insulation, high-strength rock wool board for roofs and composite board with rock wool have high
tensile strength and compression strength, which can effectively resist the alternating effects of positive and negative wind
pressures and have strong impact resistance.
6.Rock wool is frost-resistant, freeze-thaw resistant, and UV-resistant. It does not produce thermal expansion andcontraction due
to temperature differences in the four seasons. It can be used in extreme climates without being affected by other combined
materials.
7.Water-repellent and moisture proof.

recycling.
