The rockwool production line of Anhui Liluan Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2009. It is located in Gushu Industrial Park, Dangtu County, a beautiful town in the north of Chang Jiang River, covering an area of more than 100 acres. The registered capital are 60 million yuan, and the company's total capital is about 80 million yuan. It has the most advanced automatic rockwool production line in China. The annual production capacity is more than 50K tons of high-quality rockwool boards.
Rock wool strips are mainly used in two areas: exterior wall insulation rock wool strips and metal-faced sandwich rock wool strips. Liluan external wall insulation rock wool tape (HD series) is a fireproof insulation material, mainly used in the external wall insulation thin plastering system and dry hanging curtain wall insulation system for new construction, expansion and renovation of existing buildings, or used in conjunction with insulation materials such as EPS, XPS and PU whose combustion performance does not reach Class A, to improve the fireproof performance of the building's external wall insulation system. This product can also be used for fire prevention, insulation, and sound absorption of garage roofs or indoor ceilings. Metal faced sandwich rock wool strips are widely used in sandwich rock wool core materials such as mechanism purification boards, ordinary composite boards, and decorative integrated boards, playing a role in fire prevention, insulation, sound absorption, and noise reduction.
