Product Description

As a fire-resistant and thermal insulation material, rock wool board for external wall insulation is mainly used in thin plastering systems and dry hanging curtain wall insulation systems. It has good compressive and tensile strength, excellent hydrophobicity and moisture resistance, and is suitable for various dense structures such as masonry or concrete base walls. It can be used for external insulation of newly built and expanded walls, as well as for energy-saving renovation of external wall insulation of existing buildings. The A-level non combustible fire rating and high temperature shrinkage resistance can maintain the stability of the system structure in the event of a fire.

Application

 

Recommendation For Roof Rock Wool Insulation Application

1. Insulation thickness<100mm, HP series high-density roof rock wool boards can be used depending on wind pressure or load.

2. Insulation thickness ≥ 100mm, the following combinations can be used depending on wind pressure or load:

A) Both layers use HP series rock wool.

B) The lower layer use HP40 rock wool board, and the upper layer use 50mm thick HP60 or HP70 high-density roof rock wool board, with two layers laid in staggered joints. This combination can effectively improve insulation effect and reduce cost without affecting density.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company ?
A: We are a manufacturer founded in 2009,  annual production capacity of 50,000 tons.

Q: Can you accept neutral packing & OEM ?
A: Normally, our packing is vacuum bag with "DongWuTianZi" logo , but we can accept the neutral packing and OEM. However, custom should pay the OEM packing charge.

Q: Can you provide the sample for free ?
A: We provide some samples for free, but the express charge should be bore by customer.
