Rockwool blanket takes basalt as the main raw material, with good non-flammability and melting point above 1000ºC, Liluan rockwool products are particularly effective in heat insulation and fire prevention, reducing or absorbing noise.

1.Rockwool is made of natural rock and is a Class A non-combustible fireproof material. Its melting temperature is over 1000ºC,
   which can effectively slow down the spread of fire.
2.The thermal conductivity is low and the thermal insulation effect is significant.
3.Greatly reducing the reflection and propagation of sound waves and providing a beneficial environment without interference for       work and life.
4.The open porous fiber structure makes rockwool have excellent air permeability and moisture-drying function, which allows
   water vapor to pass freely, effectively reducing condensation and building mildew.
5.The rock wool for external wall insulation, high-strength rock wool board for roofs and composite board with rock wool have high
   tensile strength and compression strength, which can effectively resist the alternating effects of positive and negative wind

Application

It is suitable for heat preservation, heat insulation, sound absorption and noise reduction of large pipelines, containers, storage tanks, boilers and transmission pipelines. One side of the rock wool mattress with reinforced metal-wire mesh (mesh hole 1 inch),can ensure that the rock wool will not have any tear and damage.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company ?
A: We are a manufacturer founded in 2009,  annual production capacity of 50,000 tons.

Q: Can you accept neutral packing & OEM ?
A: Normally, our packing is vacuum bag with "DongWuTianZi" logo , but we can accept the neutral packing and OEM. However, custom should pay the OEM packing charge.

Q: Can you provide the sample for free ?
A: We provide some samples for free, but the express charge should be bore by customer.

Q: What's the lead time?
A: 7-15 days after receipt of advanced payment

Q: What's the payment term?
A: 30% advanced payment and 70% paid prior to load by TT.
